I have set sections for T74. Based on the overall numbers there wasn't much choice, so we are back to 7- and 8-team sections again (with 7 total rounds, plus 1 playoff round).

While I think it's nice for teams to have flexibility in adding players, the reality is that most teams don't make significant changes after entering, and I believe this refinement of the rating caps better reflects that reality.
