You certainly bring up a good point.

Then again, if we had no playoffs for Polgar section, some people would ask, "why not?" ;)

This may be an ongoing problem in Polgar, seeing as unlike the other sections, we never know how many teams we are going to have.

I would think with 5 or more teams, playoffs would be desireable. With 4, maybe not so much. Then again, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to have a specific rule for 4 teams only.
