Daylight Saving Time
Many parts of the world, including Europe, will see the end of daylight saving time this weekend (October 27th). However, FICS server time (and most of North America) does not change until the following weekend.
At 02:00 on Sunday, November 3rd, server time will move back one hour (02:00 EDT will become 01:00 EST).
Please keep these changes in mind when scheduling games. As always, the date command on FICS is a useful tool for keeping up with the current server time.
