how many teams for a player?ProposalsIndex ->

Hi, while I can understand that people like to play alot in TL, it is sometimes annoying for me who plays only one game per week to negotiate with players who have to manage 2, 3 even 4 games. Therefore I suggest to limit players to play a maximum of 2 games per week (i.e. to be registered in 2 teams only).

Does it make your negotiations more difficult? Are they not observing the usual rules and recommendations (e.g. contact before Thursday, reply within 24h, a time offer made is binding, time agreed is binding, etc)?

Probably some multi-team players offer the same times in all their game forums, then opponents may accept a time that was already accepted by another opponent, starting a new round of negotiation or confusion when the multi-team player tells them that time is already taken.

When I played, I never had any issue with scheduling, but I can imagine it could be difficult for others.

Well, according to the rules "Once a time has been offered and accepted, is binding on both players". Of course, sometimes more important things happen in life which prevent you from playing at the agreed time, and it is nice to reschedule then.

But if someone wants to change an already agreed time because it collides with some other game of him, I wouldn't consider it "more important thing in life". I'd still try to understand and agree. But if this would make me inconvenience, well, there is the right to insist to play on the original time.

I would suggest not to limit a player to 2 teams, because I know that there players who without problems can offer 4 different sets of 3 different times within a week. If they can, why limit them?
