I totally do not understand what happened? Why are all my games in the league were considered lost? All my games were played fairly. I put a lot of effort to every game. I have been using all of the available playing game time. I made the mistakes in the game. You can check it out! So why this very unfair decision???

Reading in between the lines it looks like you have probably been banned for cheating. Unfortunately whether you are innocent or guilty there is not a lot you can do.

Reason is that all methods used to detect cheating are confidential (http://teamleague.org/LightNEasy.php?page=cheating). In addition there is no procedure to appeal the decision as all decisions are final and as methods are confidential no evidence will be disclosed either. If you want to try to contest decision then you should contact jaberwock or your section TD privately rather than posting here.

Probably best way to look at it is that if you were innocent then you were so good that not even TL admins could believe it. If you did play games fairly no one can take away pride you can have in your own performances. If you are guilty then they got it right.

It's better not to make such assumptions. Cheating was not necessarily the cause of the decision. TL admins are not going to discuss the case in public, though. The player or captain can take up the issue in private.

I probably know why I was banned. I had 2 accounts on FICS and the "dargos" one was banned. It will be a lesson for me.

I have looked at his games with Fritz and nothing points towards cheating.

I wonder what TL rules talking about the case. I have not found anything on this subject in the regulations.

I have doubts about the decision of the tournament director. I think it is unfair to take team points for the FICS deleted dargos's account.

OK, I have lost my account 'dargos' on FICS because I had two accounts, but by what right the results of all my games have been changed to my team's disadvantage if all the games were pleyed honestly?

Playing under the guise of a second account is dishonest in itself.

One could try and gain advantage by playing under lower rated of several identities.

Arguments that it is unfair vacating scores and banning player who duped seems purely disingenuous.
