This is the home of FICS TeamLeague. We organize slow time-control chess tournaments on the Free Internet Chess Server. Games are played by individuals, who compete for results as part of a team. We try to provide a fun and friendly atmosphere. Our channel on FICS is 101.

T61 is Open!
The final tournament of 2015 is now open for business. Because of a slight delay in opening the tourney, we will keep team registration open until 22:00 on Thursday, October 8th. Play will begin on Tuesday, October 13th.
To submit a team, login and the 'submit a team' link will appear. Follow the instructions from that link, and your team will be queued for approval, so please check the teams page a day or two afterwards to see that your team was entered.
Also, I want to put out a call for more teams in the U1500 section. We are prepared to run this section with as few as two teams, but the more the merrier.
As always, questions are welcome in ch 101, or can be messaged to the TeamLeague account on FICS.
