Playoffs, and Daylight Saving

The playoffs are now under way in 6 sections (the Polgar section having already been decided). Players are reminded that the team that finished top during the regular rounds have draw odds - that is if the match ends in a 2-2 tie, they will be declared champions. For reference, the top seeds are shown on the left hand side on the pairings page.

Players should also be aware of daylight saving changes that will affect FICS server time this weekend. Sunday 02:00 EST will become Sunday 03:00 EDT. Please keep this in mind when scheduling games, and as always, you can use the "date" function on FICS to see the current server time.
