Server time change

Server time change
Players are reminded that server time will change this Sunday, because of the end of daylight saving time on the US west coast. At Sunday 02:00, server time will shift back one hour to 01:00. Please bear this in mind when negotiating game times, and if in doubt, check by using the "date" command on FICS.
