This is the home of FICS TeamLeague. We organize slow time-control chess tournaments on the Free Internet Chess Server. Games are played by individuals, who compete for results as part of a team. We try to provide a fun and friendly atmosphere. Our channel on FICS is 101.

Teamleague is back!
After an extended layoff, TeamLeague is finally back in business. Registration is now open for T59, and will close on Tuesday, March 24th at 22:00 server time (EST). Play will commence a week later, on March 31st.
Prospective captains can enter teams using the "Submit a Team" link, which will appear on the upper left of this page once you login. Any new players wishing to join the league can do so with the FICS command "tell teamleague join".
Questions are always welcome in channel 101 on FICS, or can be sent with "message TeamLeague".
We hope many of you will join us in returning the league to its former glory!
Please note Daylight Savings (moving clock forward one hour for server) will occur March 8, at 0200 server time. This may or may not coincide with time changes in other countries.
