The full rules are the Statutes . This Handbook is an  attempt to explain some of the highlights. Reading this handbook is a critical first step in becoming an informed league member, but there are some details in the Statutes that are not covered in this Handbook. So, we strongly encourage you to read through the Statutes . It takes time, but it is time well spent. We especially recommend Sections 3 and 8-18 as they relate to the conduct and responsibilities of the players as well as the day-to-day process of a tournament. Section 13, "Standings and Tie-breaks" makes for exciting reading when you are trying to figure out if your team still has a chance.
